L-Carnitine is another amino acid that is found throughout the human body.  It’s primary role is to help break down fat cells and is known to benefit athletic performance.  

Vitamins B6 and B12:

Vitamins B6 and B12 are essential for normal body functions and are also considered to play an important role in weight loss.  Vitamin B12 is essential for the synthesis of hemoglobin and will aid in maintaining healthy cells.  All of the B Vitamins will help convert carbohydrates to glucose, which when burned will produce energy while breaking down fats leading to weight loss. 

Vitamin D:

Vitamin D will help keep hormone levels which will keep belly fat in check.
